"BASE BREAD Curry" is launched as the first savory bread in the BASE BREAD series, in response to demands for a "meal-like lineup" and "more options beyond sweet bread."
This curry bread, which does not involve frying, wraps a curry flavored with spices and the sweetness of sautéed onions in a dough made from whole grains and soybeans. Although it's healthy, it offers a satisfying taste and has become a popular product. Furthermore, through unique moisture control, manufacturing methods, and the use of vinegar as an ingredient, this product breaks the norms of savory bread.
