Coffee flavor ranked high in customer surveys, making it one of the most anticipated flavors.

Comments from the Developer of "BASE BREAD Coffee"
We focused on balancing the natural bitterness of coffee with the sweetness of the bread dough to create an adult flavor. Many commercially available coffee-flavored products tend to be overly creamy or sweet, but we aimed to develop a more subdued sweetness that can be enjoyed as a meal by coffee lovers. While we used Guatemalan coffee, too much coffee flavor could make the overwhelming bitterness, disrupting the harmony with the bread’s sweetness.
Therefore, we worked to balance the aroma, bitterness, and sweetness of the coffee. Additionally, some people may perceive a harsh taste from the grains in complete nutrition bread, so we ensured that the coffee’s bitterness would not accentuate that but instead harmonize the overall taste, aroma, and texture.
